I am a retired police officer and a Certified Crisis Intervention Specialist who now consults, teaches and facilitates training workshops on conflict resolution and verbal de-escalation concepts, skills and techniques. I use dynamic scenario playing to reinforce learned concepts and techniques, and I am able to travel to provide training. My team of former police officers and I will help you and your staff develop the knowledge, skills and confidence to deal with a difficult person, and prevent a volatile situation from becoming a violent critical incident.

I spent 7 years as an infantryman, Desert Storm Veteran, and then was a police officer for 20 years. I teach people skills for people in the security and safety business, how to deal with high stress incidents, how to channel anxiety, how to stay calm when someone is loud and rude and in your face. I take all that I learned and experienced as an infantryman and police officer and share them in my training workshops.
