My military service taught me how to lead under pressure, make decisions with incomplete information, and stay accountable to a mission even when conditions aren’t ideal. As a Marine Corps combat veteran, I learned discipline, time management, and the importance of consistent standards—because in the military, small lapses compound into big problems. That mindset carries directly into how I run my business: clear expectations, strong systems, and follow-through. Service also trained me to build and manage teams. I understand how to develop people, communicate directly, and create a culture where everyone knows the mission and takes pride in execution. I’m comfortable coaching, correcting, and motivating—without losing respect or trust—because that’s how effective units operate. Lastly, the military gave me resilience. Entrepreneurship comes with setbacks, long hours, and constant problem-solving. My background helps me stay calm, adapt quickly, and keep moving forward. I’m building Mission Ready Fitness with the same principles I served with: integrity, consistency, and commitment to the people I’m responsible for.
